Avoid StateFarm! Why? Here is my story: They kicked me out because of my “driving record”. I had 4 claims during years 2010-2013: 1) 2010 Comprehensive claim (StateFarm paid $361) 2) 2013 emergency road service (StateFarm paid $61) 3) 2012 speeding ticket. (StateFarm paid $0) 4) 2013 v1 rear ended v2 at a stop light (StateFarm paid $999) Total of payments by StateFarm for my claims during years 2010-2013 = $1421 Total of [my] payments to StateFarm during years 2010-2013 = over $3000 The worst part comes when they advised me to contact “independent [insurance] agents” in town “for situations just like this”! I googled and noticed that their prices are a few hundreds per month for “risky” drivers. Luckily and unbelievably, I got an online quote from Progressive and they gave me a monthly payment of about $20 even less than what I was paying to StateFarm. FYI, Progressive also had all 4 incidences on record. Now I leave it to your judgment whether you like to experience what I’ve experienced with StateFarm or not.

I worked with Chris on a policy for my daughter and was very impressed both with his service and the agency in general. My options were explained in terms I could understand and Chris was more than willing to work around my schedule - on the phone, via email, etc. We ended up getting a policy in place that I am happy with and that is affordable for my family. When the debit card linked to my auto pay expired, I received a call from the office and was able to link my new account number over the phone with no hassles. I have insurance policies elsewhere and can honestly say I receive the best customer service from the Mark Doyle agency.

If you are looking for a local insurance agent that can offer you great coverage and service, I highly recommend Mark Doyle and his staff. They are quick to respond to my requests whether if I need to add or change coverage I know it will be handled. They take the time to educate you on your policy which other companies may only show you a price, I prefer knowing how my policy works. Their office hours extend to fit my schedule which is quite helpful as well. At the end of the day, I know Mark, Melanie, Allie, and Chris have my back and take care of me- HIGHLY recommend this agency.
