Sandy- 3 weeks ago We chose Attorney Gilman and are very happy that we did. We had some trouble with our bank due to an issue with the underwriter and Attorney Gilman was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond to try to assist the best that he could. He was also very accommodating and able to work around our schedule by being available in the evening, which made us feel that he was there to meet our needs. He was able to answer all our questions and was very easy to get in touch with via phone or email. As first time home buyers we felt at ease knowing that we had Attorney Gilman on our side. Although the closing became a bit difficult the flat fee did not change. We would definitely use Attorney Gilman again and would highly recommend him.

My husband and I had to find a lawyer on short notice. Very happy to report that Attorney Gilman responded promptly and the experience working with him was indelible. We had an extremely difficult and drawn out closing process through which his expert guidance was essential. Over the course of 9 months he worked diligently to see to our needs and interests, which culminated in a successful closing. Despite the length of time and complexity of the process, his flat fee did not change. We highly advocate for Attorney Gilman.
