I am a TX resident who had to be in CT for 2 months and needed a rental car. Before contacting Malloy Insurance, I made about 5-10 phone calls to different offices on the week of Thanksgiving, asking about the better option to the typical high daily rates of rental car insurance at car rental centers. Nobody could gave me the answer other than Malloy Insurance. I spoke to Matthew, Gina and Laura and everyone was very helpful and patient with me I like that Malloy Insurance care about offering the best insurance advice to customers & not just handling enquiries that bring in high profit. After a month of using a rental car, I decided to buy a car in my home in TX. If I were in CT I would continue using Malloy Insurance for all of my future insurance needs! But unfortunately, I reside in TX and can only purchase auto insurance from agents in TX. I have had very pleasant experience with Mally Insurance & would like to recommend Malloy insurance to all of my friends in CT.
