I did not want to give not even one star but you have put something. Let me start with saying these people are horrible. Gave them my trust and could not even communicate with me. I was in a vehicle accident myself and my one year old was in the car when the other car ran into my vehicle of course totaling it out. I have never been in that situation so I needed guidance so I put my trust in them. Worst mistake ever no one would contact me and when I would call which is many times I was told"oh an attorney has not been assigned to your case yet " like they did not communicate with meat all .I was under the impression I have to come out pocket to be medically seen so I could not even be seen. So I spoke with an attorney prior and they explained to me that it sounds like they lost your case and when they realized no one was working on your case a year later sent me a discharge from service letter . like a year later!!! They made this sensitive time for me a nightmare. How the heck are you for the people and can not even communicate and assign them a attorney! I had to call them in order to speak to someone but never spoke with someone working on my case itself . very bad business, filed BBB complaint. And would not refer anyone to them . just get another firm because your case will end up getting lost like mines did . and you will have non of your medical, emotional state , etc resolved .

After seeing a commercial about the firm representing school bullying and other school complaints, I called and was referred to the consultation department. I spoke with this woman who I asked from the beginning if the firm handled my type of issue, which I described to the consultant. She put me on hold and came back and said they handled my issue. She then asked for personal identifying information on me and my child which I gave and started to give her more detail on my case. She then put me on hold again and came back and told me that the firm could not represent me. I asked her why and she stated she could not divulge to me why they could not take my case and referred my to my state bar association. I think it was deceptive to take all my personal information then say you cannot take my case and then not tell me why, let the buyer beware!!!! Also, I do not see how the average score on this site for this firm is 4.2 when half of the reviews are very low?????

Morgan and Morgan are not for the people. I had an Appointment today with one of their representatives and they didnt bother to call and let me know they cancelled. I called yesterday and asked them if I still had an appointment and they said. The reason I did this because I did receive a phone call from a senior staff member stating she needed t ok talk to to get some information prior to their person coming out to my home. I called them once or twice before . The last time my son had a sink at school to fall on his hand and received 19 stiches for faulty equipment. They told me if wasnt worth it to take the case because its too hard to sue a school system. They really act like noncaring attorneys more so than for the people. Test their system and you will truely find out.!!I think this company is too big time for the people!!

I would advise someone potentially seeking a qualified attorney to seek other avenues. I have a very open and shut case. They took all my info. In a day or so, an attorney in Florida called me. He started quoting Florida law, and in this instance, it is very different than Georgia law. I had to inform him that he was incorrect. He seemed amazed. He talked of how they break cases down into pieces and fete them out to different attorneys. One of the owners is actually ONLY licensed to practice in Florida. They are too big of a company to give any individualized attention. I politely told the gentleman I was no longer interested in giving my case to them.. He sent a rejection letter to me two hours later. I nicely told him in a return email that it was I who rejected him.. Buyer beware on everything, including lawyers.

This is by far the WORST law firm I have ever dealt with in my entire life.. Morgan Boykin was an alright paralegal however this firm will string you along for well into a month after your accident and all of a sudden and out of the blue drop you and you case like it was STOLEN.... The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. My how I wish I could give a negative 5 stars...... I could NOT in good conscience recommend Morgan and Morgan to my WORST enemy... John Morgan and the entire Morgan family should be ashamed of themselves for stringing clients along.Morgan and Morgan need to REMOVE their misleading commercials from television as they are a bunch of FALSE STATEMENTS!!!!! Morgan amd Morgan is definitely NOT for they people... What they are for is filling their wallets with cash...

Mr Robert Hendrix,of Morgan and Morgan was my lawyer I was very impressed with Mr Hendrix as my lawyer,and as a person that cared about what I was going through pain and suffering at my time of need.from day one in the office of Morgan and Morgan I was told what to expect from my case by my lawyer,setup doctors appointment,I was kept informed throughout the case by Morgan and Morgan,and I had no problem getting in touch with my lawyer by email or telephone I will use Morgan Morgan again if needed,their office very professional.

My experience with Morgan & Morgan, from start to present, has been above satisfactory. If five stars represent the best, then they all should be gold for going above and beyond the call of duty. My vehicle was struck from the rear by another vehicle in 2015. As of today I have yet returned back to my career. Let me say that throughout my entire recovery my case manager Gina Stahl and attorney Mark Hatton treated me like family! They answered all questions and handled all affairs related to me. Job well done!

I can only review the initial call as that is all I have experienced with them so far. --- I filled out the form online and received a call within 10 mins. The expected questions were asked and after giving my information and explaining the issue of my call, I was emailed a few forms and the case evaluator, Naomi, stayed on the phone during the form review and signing to ensure all was understood as well as correct. I have faith in their service and will continue my review after service has been completed.

Oh my goodness. I love Morgan and Morgan. I have used them in the past and just recently retained the firm again. I really do appreciate Brian, the Paralegal on my case. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very informative and just overall a pleasure to speak with. Usually I would never deal with the Paralegal, only the Attorney. When I was first injured they sent me a representative very quickly, Mr. Conner and Mrs. Roney were both very nice to me, and always stayed in contact with me to keep me up to date about what was going on. They made me feel like I mattered throughout this process. Mrs. Roney was always willing to answer any questions I had and she was always polite to me. I spoke to Felix on September 16,2015, at Morgan and Morgan about my case. He sent electronic documents for me to sign. I electronically signed the "retainer" on September 18 and received a confirmation email. That was my last contact. I called on October 9, 2015, and was told someone would call me back. It is now October 14, 2015, and no one has called back. I sent an email and have not received a reply. Is this "retainer" binding? If so, how do I get out of it?

I reached out to Morgan & Morgan after seeing the commercial on TV for the millionth time about phone harassment law suits. According to the commercial i fit most of the qualifications listed for a case. Especially since the debt collector calls me 30 times a month (after asking them not to). I spoke with the rep and I felt strongly that this company would cover my case... Apparently I was wrong. They denied my case a week later. What a waste of time!!

I was able to contact M&M via their online form from the emergency room on the day of my accident. Someone called me the next morning and set up rehab and therapy appointments right away. The following day they came to my home to begin my case. They are swift, professional and customer service focused. After my accident I was nervous about driving. Ms. McNary is a horrible lawyer in this firm. I was rear ended and the ONLY thing this company did is send 2 demand letters. They took 8 months to send two letters. When the other insurance company denied the letters she said she would not take this to court. THE DAMAGE WAS CLEAR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. JOHN MORGAN WOULD BE ASHAMED.
