I am totally over this entire process with King and King. I filed a claim with this company about a month and half ago and by far this is the most unprofessional, non communicating, borderline expensive, and the most rudest staff in the city of Atlanta. If you will continue to advertise your services with inadequate staff to assist those in need, please place a pause on the advertisement a take better care of the customers you already have with respect and dignity. The business definitely treat their clients like a case number and i am displeased that I am not aware of the steps being taken throughout my case. One attorney I spoke with made me feel as though I was bothering him and I had too many questions. If i am paying you for a service, please adhere to the clients needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE THINKING ABOUT PROCESSING A CASE. 5 STARS OF UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM

My experience with King and King has been a nightmare. I feel like just another a case number. Each time I attempted to speak with someone I was told they were not available and was sent to the voicemail. When I called to talk to someone to make a complaint the receptionist chuckled and told me to leave a message on his voicemail. Of course I never received a call back! Jenny in the mortgage dept lacks communication skills and is very forgetful. Dealing with her has been stressful. Going through financial issues is stressful enough. I thought you were supposed to be for the people! As a nurse I am responsible for the well being of my patient as well as being an advocate for them. I expect the same from King and King.

I called in and was told they needed to call me back since the attorney was busy. When they finally did call me back I asked some questions just to determine if this would be the best course of action since the radio said consultation was free. They rushed through half answers and suggested nothing. When I said I would wait, they simply said call back if you change your mind. Needless to say I am in the same situation with no results. I simply wanted to support my local businesses as many others do but I read the reviews and realize my decision to not go with them was wise.

They really worked hard to get me the approval for bankruptcy. I had gone to another place that dismissed me very quickly and did not help me. King and King really wanted to help so they looked at my situation very carefully and figured out how to do it. They were super professional. They explained everything thoroughly made the process very simple. The prices were great also! They saved my life. I dont know how I would be able to get by without having filed bankruptcy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional the receptionist called my wife about her case and talked to her as if she was a dog they kept her in the dark for the majority of the process and did their best to stress us out. The good thing about this is that all of our phone calls are recorded we will be filing a report and also posting that phone call online. My advice is if your job offers a legal plan please go that route and not these rude and ghetto individuals

My experience with King n King was horrible!!!!!!! They take your money and treat you like your just another case. No sympathy to the fact that bankruptcy is already a tough situation to go through. Everyone from the receptionist to the attorneys are rude. Tou can never reach your attorney after the first initial visit. They are always unavailable and you have to leave a message and they never return calls. Run as far as you can from this place!!!!!!

They immediately put our minds at ease and brought peace in a very stressful situation. It was a hard choice to make but the staff were very warm and always available, and that really helped.

You never really talk to an attorney just the associates who are rude and make you feel uncomfortable to be there. Hired them, went through the whole process, got to the meeting with the judge he dismissed it due to an oversight. Single mom with two kids, ended up on the street after losing my house and vehicle, and most of my belongings.

I too felt the impersonal touch, but I always had my questions answered and actions handled in a very professional, no-nonsense way. I recommend them if your concern is getting the job done.
