I would recommend this law firm to anyone having any legal trouble or who needs something done through the legal system. While attending college in Chico, I got into some legal trouble, but Mr. Rooney and the firm were able to keep the consequences to a minimum. No jail time and only a small fine with probation. I then contacted the Rooney Law Firm again in order to get the charge expunged off my record. Now I have a clear record and am looking forward to gaining employment at a respectable company and putting all this behind me. Also, anyone reading any of the negative reviews below should not pay attention to them. Some people seem to expect that a lawyer can perform miracles and get the exact results the client wants every single time.

Rooney law firm put my family back together. Mr. Rooney and his staff were very responsive to me. The other side’s attorney tried to get the judge to rule the way he wanted and complain the Court has never done something like this in his 10 years. Rooney law firm has been a huge uplifting in my life. Because of the Rooney law firm, I’ve been able to be a part of my daughter’s life and be a better role model for her.

I had a great experience with Mr. Rooney and every other employee involved with my case. I was out of the country for my case which made things a lot more difficult. But they were able to attain a civil compromise and get my case completely dismissed.I was also always kept up to date with what was going on and everyone was very helpful and kind! He literally pulled down a crystal ball off of his shelf and told me to look into it for answers. SO rude. He acted childish and had no regards towards my feelings. A complete waste of my money for the consultation.

one star is too many. go somewhere else. he would not return my phone calls timely, when he did he was in his car driving. comes on as competent at the start then blows you off with his paralegals. spend your money elsewhere.
