Mike Shaffer helped my husband and I understand the No fault insurance law that was afforded to my husband from a motorcycle accident. He made sure I understood the benefits that were available under the No Fault law. He helped as far as some guidance with the insurance company that we were working with for reimbursement to our medical benefits as well as what to do for the absence of power of attorney for consulting and advice in a time when it was all very confusing to me. Mike made all of this information more than understandable. He was very thorough and explained everything several times. He was looking out for our best interests throughout the case. Mike always reached out to us and if we needed to outreach to him he was always there. I was always sure he was working on my case. This was a very good experience from the home my husband was residing in as he was recovering from his motorcycle accident injuries all the way to the settlement at the Michigan Auto Law office when everyone was fine. Michigan Auto Law is truly a great company. We had a great relationship with Mike and that made all the difference.

I wish my car accident never occurred, however, my husband and I are very satisfied with the way Michigan Auto Law represented us and with the end result of our case. The attorneys there are great. Mike Schaffer was great at getting all of the facts together and setting up our case. Ian Freed was wonderful to work with. He was easy-going and made us feel comfortable. I found it easier to e-mail Ian to keep updated on my case and he would always promptly e-mail me back. Once my husband had just a couple small questions and Ian stayed on the phone with him for half an hour, making sure he understood everything. You can tell they keep excellent records. Michigan Auto Law is the to go firm if you have been hurt in an auto accident wand the best protection.

When I first started my case I was working with Mike. He was great and very patient with me and explained everything. Then I began working with Josh. He is amazing, thorough, and professional. Josh stayed on the phone with me even when my kid was screaming in the background, which was impressive. He was even available to me in the late evening hours. I had to have surgery as a result of my accident. Josh checked in on me before I had the surgery and when I got out. He is just a wonderful person all and all.
