We first came across Attic Pros though a Penny Saver advertisement. The pictures on their coupon were very similar to what was going on in our attic. We had the shredded loose type insulation and there were rodent droppings scattered everywhere. My wife cringed at the idea of what was living above us. So I called Attic Pros and Michael showed up. He asked us what was going on and what are thoughts and concerns were. After he answered all our questions, he went up to our attic and spent some time up there looking at areas of concern. He came down with numerous amounts of pictures and confirming our concern that there was indeed rats living in our area. So we sat down again and he broke down every detail about the work that goes on to eliminate and keep the rats out. He had pictures to show what the procedure would look like and what we would expect. We have children also and he stated that the chemicals they use to sanitize are safe and environmentally friendly. He assured us his team would do a great job. The team sent to my house was based out of Oakland and Uriel, Daniel, and Carlos have done an amazing job so far! They have been here twice. In that time they have vacuumed out all of the insulation in my attic and it looks very clean and open. They have sealed every hole where light and rats could come in and sealed any air duct that may have come loose. They have set traps in the attic to see if there are any rats left or if any rats have made their way back. If they have, they will come back and check out all of their work to see if they missed any gaps or holes around the perimeter of the house or in the attic. So far so good, and I have a scheduled appointment for the team to come back and install the insulation. The team took pictures during the entire process to show me the work they have been doing and that gives us a peace of mind that they know what they are doing and doing what they said they would. If you in fact decide to hire Attic Pros to clear out your attic, make sure you request Uriel, Daniel, and Carlos. I have nothing but good things to say about their work.

Superior company staff and service. I had significant work done on my attic crawl. Ohad, the sales representative and project manager was on time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After examining the crawl space and taking pictures, he showed me what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions. He set up a service date and time and came to my home on the day of service. I had 8 old rusted and dirty metal ducts removed (many which were no longer connected), and a new FLEX duct system installed. They removed the old corroded metal ducts and a cleaned up of all debris pipes. They cleaned, sanitized, decontaminated, and deodorized. They rodent proofed. They also sealed a cracked attic duct. The work was performed by Uri, Armando and Daniel. They arrived as planned. They were professional, responsible, friendly and very competent. They were detailed oriented and provided amazing before and after pictures. They answered all of my questions. They left my home clean and removed all of the old pipes and trash. I am delighted with their work. I do not believe anyone could have done it better. When I turned the air conditioning on I immediately noted that the air is clean and evenly distributed throughout my home. Now I will no longer have the allergies, and headaches that were the result of my air conditioning disconnected, rusty and dirty ducts and dirty crawl space. No doubt my electric bills will also decrease. To top of this WOW experience, I also have a 5 year warranty. Thanks Attic Pros! You are the BEST!

After many failed attempts to get rid of rodents through other companies, I finally called Attic Pros. The service Manager Ohad was highly professional right from the get-go. He did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and the attic and confirmed the problem was from the crawl space due to various holes and access points and showed the pictures. After I signed the contract , the office was very prompt in scheduling and reminding us of the appointment ahead of time. Uriel, Moshilco, and Dani came on time, covered walls and other open areas and started the cleanup work. Uriel showed all the pictures of holes, which were later plugged along with the cleaned crawl space (Before and after pictures). They cleaned the work area and left it in a good condition. I am hoping the rodent problem will be solved as I feel they have done a thorough rodent proofing and sanitization. One comment I have is I did not see any service manager come and inspect the work. Also they over estimated the time required for the job . IT got done in half the estimated time. Also I am not sure how competitive their rates are as I did not get estimate with other companies. Over all they did a very good job and I am quite happy with the service!

I reviewed and walked with four different attic clean up, rat proofing, sterilization and insulation replacement companies. David Katz with Attic Pros had the most thorough review, explanation and detail of the work to be done. The proposal was itemized and understandable. They were flexible in arranging the service and timing. I have a large and difficult to navigate and get arround attic area. Four workers Uriel, Armondo, Santos and Dani showed up timely, with the correct equipment, tarpped off everything from their access to the house to the attic and with their vacuums removed every scrap of insulation and debris from our attic. They did a really great job. They did the sealing and sanitation then cleaned up and you would have never known they had never been there or coming back the next day. Next morning showed up on time, retarpped everything and installed all of the insulation to areas I was amazed they could get to. I reviewed and crawled the attic myself at every step and they missed nothing. In summary, attic pros delivered. Their guys were pros, got in and got a very tough job done timely. They come with my recommendation.

Began my interactions with Attic Pros last Wednesday when David came to inspect my attic and crawl space and provide me with a course of action to be taken. David was prompt, professional and very respectful. He took his time and really seemed to value me as a potential customer! Crew arrived on time this morning as promised and worked hard all day. Uriel, Armando, Daniel and Jose were all very professional and respectful and answered my questions and kept me updated on their progress. Most impressive to me, is that they will be back tomorrow, July 4th, to complete the job! Not having to wait a few extra days to complete my work means a great deal!!! Way to go Attic Pros!!! I will definitely recommend your company!!! Just had to add to my review. The team I had of Uriel, Armando, Daniel and Jose were the best!!! Came to work on a holiday, work diligently until the job was complete and treated my husband and I with the utmost courtesy, respect and patience!!!! This team should be commended for their outstanding work ethic!!!!

We had a great experience with Attic Pros. Jeremy came to provide the estimate. He assessed the attic, crawl space, and also around the exterior of the house to check all of the vent openings for rodent activity. He gave us a very fair estimate for cleaning, sanitizing, and rodent proofing, plus removal and replacement of the insulation for our entire house, using very highly efficient batts insulation which was what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable, followed up, and clearly communicated with me throughout the process. Carmelo and his crew came on Wed and Thursday all day to do the work. He was very patient with us when we wanted to view the progress status, and also very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. The work was thorough and professional. Now we feel very confident that we have a rodent-proof, clean, and highly efficient attic heading into the summer and winter. Thank you to Jeremy, Carmelo and the Attic Pros team!

Ohad came to do an estimate on a Friday in mid-August to look at the attic and took the time to explain the full rodent remediation plan. We had received this as our second estimate and although the cost was a bit more, I liked the plan to separate the removal/sanitation day from the installation day. (ensuring no critters hiding out once all the entry points were sealed off) A 3-person crew of Uriel, Armando and Daniel came the first day to remove the insulation, seal-off openings and sanitize both the attic and crawl space. They were meticulous in setting up plastic sheeting from the front door to the attic access point (which kept things clean). They left the house as they found it. The second day a 2-person team -- Uriel and Miguel came to install the insulation on a very hot August day. I have to say that the house feels cooler after the work they did and this makes a difference when its 90-something outside.

Julio and his team have done an excellent job on cleaning our attic. He invited me to check his work. This is my first in our attic I have requested this team to install insulation on our attic in a few week We had a followed up work about a week ago with a team of Raonel and Miguel. They spent time to look for an entry point on the roof that the previous team missed and sealed the hole It seems to fix our problem 5 stars for Raomel and Miguel Thank you Final step is well done Very happy with this organization Cleaning attic and install insulation Their field technicians made sue the attic was cleaned and without rodents Came back to check Excellent company from top down Reo the owner Britney customer service Julio and his team is the best I would give his team 6 stars

We did attic insulation and rodent removal more than 2 years ago with Attic Pro. They did a great job at that time, and we did not notice any rats the last 2 years. However, a few weeks ago, we noticed sounds in our attic. We called attic pro, and they sent Moshiko to check our attic. He came to our house, went up the attic, and found rodent signs. He then set up a couple of traps, and then went outside the house to look for openings where the rats can get in. He found it along the outside wall, where a metal barrier was ripped open by the rats to get in. He repaired the barrier. I think he did a great job. All of this was under the warranty, and did not cost us any extra money. Great job, Moshiko.

We recently purchase our home in walnut creek ca, Home inspector find out that Our attic insulation was in extremly bad condition, the rats been getting in and out for a years,and all insulation in our attic, has to be replaced,after getting couple bids, from different insulation contractors we decide to hire Attic Pros, the crew of 3 arrived on time,before start to work in our attic they protected our home with the plastic sheet , Attic pros did removal of all old contaminated with the rat droppings insulation, they sanitized,secured the entery points where is the rats getting in and installed brand new R 38 Blow in Iinsulation and provide us 3 years of rodent free warranty , thank you Attic Pros !!!

Friendly, swift, genuine, hard working, clean, considerate and responsible- from my first interactions with Attic Pros from initial phone call, first meeting with technician David to having Julio, Isaiah and their crew of 3 guys do a full attic cleansing and installation of new ducts and seal off any entrances to the attic and crawl space. They initially scheduled 2 days for the work, however the day of, a crew of 5 guys and 2 trucks came and worked for about 6 hours and got the job done! Very thankful as I had 2 young children with me. They provided good photos and videos of the "before" and "after" and were impressively clean and tidy inside and outside the house. Very much recommended!

I had a great experience with attic pros. I had to remove and replace the insulation on the attic and tried to get quotes from many . Atticpro was way better in terms of clarity and price wise . Setting appointment was easy and then came Julio Jeffery and Edwin to my home to do the job . Really these guys did a great job interms of removing the existing insulation as well as closing all the holes and finally installing the new one . I could see they took time to perfectly cover all in reachable areas in attic . They finally asked me to check if everything looks good and even made changes as requested . Thanks to the best team that helped us with this . I would definitely recommend Attic pro.
