Chris and Richard installed our basement waterproofing system on July 13, 2015. They did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results. They took extra care to protect our belongings in the basement and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the project area. They answered all of my questions in a professional manner and explained how everything works at the completion of the job. Several days later after the project was completed, I thought I had a problem with the exterior drain. I called AquaGuard and Chris and Richard just happened to be in the area working on another job. They stopped by, along with David, after they finished work on the other job for the day to address my concerns. They made some minor adjustments with the exterior drainage portion of the system. They also inspected the sump pump to ensure it was working properly. After they left, they called and said that they needed to do some extra caulking with our vapor barrier on the interior. They came back within a matter of minutes to do that. Very pleased that they took the time to ensure that everything was professionally completed. Chris, Richard, and David are to be commended for their commitment to excellence and providing exceptional customer service. We are very happy with our experience with AquaGuard. When Aqua-guard came to the house Josh Nails introduced himself and ask if I could take the time and walk around the area to be done in my crawl space. He proceeded to explain in detail what to expect and how it would be accomplished. He expressed to me if I had any questions he would be more then happy to answer them, there was never a bad or dumb question. During the process I would step in to see the process the crew had completed and would be greeted with a positive attitude from the crew, Trevor or Anthony along with Josh the foremen. The team was very positive and professional in all of there actions. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area they worked in, leaving it better then what they found it. Top notch team. I could not have asked for better service. I was please with the work while it was being completed and very satisfied after all the work was done. My personal experience with AquaGuard Foundation has been OUTSTANDING!. After performing some work in our driveway, we found out that approximately 230 sq. ft. near our basement (along the side of the garage and outside of the house) were experiencing a major dirt settle. Our house was built 21 yrs. ago (1993). I had a choice to use concrete which it was very costly and possibly cause major structure damage to our basement wall or find a better solution. That is when we looked for a company & a product that will best suit our problem----AquaGuard & Poly Level. The salesman that visited us was Mr. Randy McDowell who was very courteous and knowledgeable and presented us with a quote right at the moment. We were giving a job schedule within 2 days after I signed the agreement. The Foremen that performed the work were Matt & Erick which not only did an OUSTANDING job but were very knowledgeable, courteous and with a great personality. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! Kind regards.

Matt and Eric did a poly level job for us today to jack up our entry slab and front walkway which had been settling for several years. The slab at the house had settled over 2" and the gap had become unnerving to me. They immediately put us at ease with their knowledgeable, calm assurances that the "Foam Rangers" (as I call them) had arrived and all would soon be right with the world. They were incredibly professional, did a superb job of raising the slabs, and were extremely informative every step of the way keeping us informed as what was happening and why. When they finished, everything was spotlessly clean and in good order. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for their friendly manner and the precise way they performed the job. Shane and ??? ALONE did my installation ... very efficiently and timely. Did not waste time. They were both very professional. Two people did this job in two days! In addition, the sign in my yard caused two neighbors from across the street to comment on how pleased they have been with their AquaGuard system... just confirms what a great decision I made to do business with a company with such a great reputation. Hank Knupp and his crew Wes and Trey, came to my home as promised on Monday August 18 and were as professional and friendly and hard working as any crew that I have ever worked with and I was a contractor for more years than I want to remember. Hank went over all the particulars with me and we worked out where the sump and de-humidifier would go while Wes and Trey unloaded the tools and equipment and went to busting up the concrete. They worked hard and were unfazed when they would run into a curve ball that is always there in any job and pushed through. They finished Wednesday as promised and stayed with it until the job was done right and everything cleaned up. It was and great experience and I will recommend AquaGuard to anyone who is in need of their services.

Today Rafael Plaza showed up repair the leak in my basemant exactly when he said he would. He was very professional from the moment he said Hello, he review the problem and explain in great detail what he was going to do and got started. My office is on the other side of the wall from where he was working and about an hour after he started I check on his progress and was amazed to see what he had accomplished. His work area was cleaner in the middle of his job then when he started, Rafael took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, I was very impressed. Ryan Dierkes was the Estimator and made a very positive impression on my wife and me. He went to great lengths giving us detailed explanations and was very good with his follow-up. We decided to go with AquaGuard because of Ryan. Ian Greenlee, Kyle Yankovich and Luke did an outstanding job on our home foundation repair. I was particularly impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. They explained what they were going to do and repeatedly asked me if I had any questions. They were neat and clean with all their work and were on time each day. Eric and Rafael, the PloyLevel team, were also very professional and attuned to detail. We were very impressed with their work. Matt and Eric were absolutely professional in completing their job of leveling a section of our concrete. Matt arrived on time (after calling ahead to ensure we were ready for them to arrive). He introduced himself and Eric, and asked me to verify the job that they were to complete. I also asked him a couple fo questions about the job, and sought some advice on some potential futurel work. His answers were complete and straight forward. Matt and Eric completed the job and did a thorough cleanup. Kyle (Goggins) and Ryan did an excellent job of installing push piers under my foundation. They exemplified professionalism and courtesy. I not only appreciate their professionalism in installing the piers (I expected that, since that is what I hired Aquaguard to do) but also the thoroughness by which they attended the numerous peripheral considerations: moving and replacing shrubbery, irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, electrical lines that control the irrigation lines, reseeding the lawn where damaged, and thorough clean up after the job. They worked long, hard, and steadily until the job was finished, and they did not cut corners. I strongly endorse this team.

Foreman Ian Greenlee and his crew of Vanje and Justin arrived and began their install despite the pouring rain. Ian did an outstanding job of previewing the job scope and answering all my questions. Meanwhile, Vanje had begun the cleanout phase and discovered another problem that needed attention. Ian quickly assessed the problem and went over his proposed solution with me in detail. Although the scope of the project was increased significantly, these guys were able to finish their work within the original schedule. I was very pleased and impressed with the knowledge, skill, courteous interaction, and friendliness of this entire crew!

Ernesto, Josh, Ivan, Hugo & Steve were out at my project here at Georgia Northwestern Technical College the first week in December. They did an AMAZING job! The customer service of all of them was also outstanding. They made me feel at ease and they communicated very well to me about what they were doing and how the whole system works. When they were finished they took me on a "walk-thru" to inform me of what they did and how the new equipment works. Michael Pettit and Don (?) did a great job dealing with a balky, cracked driveway slab where they had to not only deal with an unusually large void underneath the slab but also with an area of subsidence that was near an unrestrained side that wanted to heave. Recognizing the issues at hand, Michael made sure that that the process was executed in an incremental and carefully controlled manner to minimize the side heave which achieving uplift of the slab. They took their time (not rushing) to make sure the work was performed professionally and then performed a cleaned up at the end.

George and Josh came to our home, as scheduled. They went right to work and did a very fine job. They were fast, thorough, and when I had questions, they were able to answer them clearly and effectively. They installed the internal french drain, along with the sump pump, just over 2 months ago. Prior to their coming, when it would rain, we would get water in the dirt side of our basement. Since the install, there has been no water standing in the basement. The crew arrived and went right to work. They are very hard workers and CLEAN! Luke, Ryan, and Josh with Ernesto their foreman. Everything was done exactly like I was told it would be, they cut NO corners, going the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and they CLEANED up during the work as well as after the job was finished.
