This Efficient House insulated my ceiling and my crawlspace. They replaced my hot water heater, and I have them scheduled to replace my old heater to a high efficiency alternative. My house is remarkably more comfortable in all seasons. In fact, allthough we have AC, we barely use it in the summer. For scheduling, I had to wait a day or two for phone calls from the office, but I found that when it came time to get the work done, our house was the priority. The crews were professional and friendly, showing up when they said they would, and working until the job was complete. I had one small issue with the ceiling insulation, and they returned and rectified the situation. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them.

Mike has a passion for making more comfortable, energy efficient homes. We have a 70s era split-level that suffered large temperature differences between levels and rooms. Through a combination of air duct sealing and additional insulation, they were able to lower the temperature differential to within 1 degree between the mid and upper levels of the home, even on very hot summer days. Mike is a pleasure to work with, showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly.

Mike did an energy audit for our 1960s house, and unsurprisingly found a variety of small but significant issues with our heating, cooling, and insulation. Then, mike put together an action plan to tackle the lowest cost, highest reward projects first. He worked diligently to provide us with an estimate and then performed the work within the estimate. Mike did an exceptional job. He is highly recommended for quality, fair work.

This Efficient House crew came out to put insulation in my attic, and to seal cold air leakage. They showed up on time, got right to work and did a fantastic job!
