Our experience was first rate. From inception, you knew you were in great hands. Brent was truly amazing in diagnosing our old system and its problems and suggesting cost effective solutions regarding a replacement system. Once we gave the go ahead , then we were handed over to Phillip L. and his team who performed one of the most professional installations that I have ever had the pleasure to witness. From start to finish, Phil and his team performed magnificently. On a scale of 1-10 there is not a number above 10 that adequately rates how superbly Phillip L. and his team performed. Kudos to American Air-conditioning and Heating and its great staff. In our mind there is only one Company that everyone should be going to for all of their Air Conditioning and Heating needs and that is American Air-Conditioning and Heating. Thanks again for an amazing job!!!

Team leader George B and his assistant arrived 15 minutes early and after seeking permission to start did so with out further delay. They did spent the better part of an hour working on my heater and George took a moment to advise me of a small AC unit I have in my office. Upon conclusion of their work, they showed me pictures of the innards of the unit, where they had cleaned and explained that to increase air flow, they eliminated the filter in the unit itself, allowing the filters in the registers to do the work and allow greater flow of air. Their concern for the care of our home was evident with their use of disposable booties each time they entered the house. Due to their professionalism, I signed up for the maintenance program and look forward to seeing them in 6 months.

Anyone seeking Service or Repair of your Heating or Aircondition system must try your service. I am totally Satisfied by your customer service rep and Craig your service tech taught me more than all the people in the last 30 years who have installed and serviced my Aircondition System. The company rep George was right on time, and worked efficiently, quickly and kept me informed on the progress of the service call. When he found that the Freon was low he contacted the service team right away to set up an appointment to rectify the problem. He answered all my queries with precise and understandable language - tidied up completely and thoroughly before leaving. Pointed out the attic temperature was quite warm and might benefit from some form of airflow management - he did not try to "sell" me, noting that we had just recently had the expense of a new system, but he gave me some general figures we could ponder. All in all I must commend George on the entire scope of the service call

Raul L. from American Heating Air Conditioning serviced my AC/Heating unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and likable. He made sure the unit was running at optimum performance and double checked his work. I would highly recommend him because he simply does an excellent job. He even made suggestions on ways to improve the functionality of the system. Saving money is important to me; Raul understood this and made sure that the system was doing the best it could. With the summer heat that we get here in the Valley, I feel better knowing that my family will be cool, comfortable, AND saving money because of Raul.

Filemon T. and his assistant were scheduled to come to my house to do a final inspection of the AC/Heating unit just recently installed. They arrived promptly, inquired about any questions or concerns I had regarding the installation, and literally looked at just about every piece of equipment involved. He was very informative and patient, answered all my questions, and made suggestions about proper maintenance of the system, and instructed me on the proper use and settings of the thermostat. Overall the visit of this technician was valuable and appreciated.

I needed my ac system looked at to figure out why it was having issues draining. It was easy to set an appointment and the office staff were really nice and helpful. They called the day before and the day of to confirm the appointment. George B. Was the technitian they sent over and he walked me through everything he was doing and was really friendly. He was very thourough in his diagnostic and also gave some suggestions on what products i should look into getting in the future without trying to sell me anything. This is my new go to ac company.

Dont trust these people I just cannot understand how you do business. A man comes and quickly knows what there has to be done. He goes to the car. I expect him to do a written estimate, no he just takes off.When calling American AC strange lady answers, what can I do to make you smile today? It’s bizarre you think this is a sex massage place. After trying two times to get a written estimate I just gave up. We planned to let you do the job, but I can only say to other people .Don’t even bother to call this business. They are not serious

Service was good, tech was knowledgeable and gave me some good tips on maintaining my AC unit. I signed up for a one year maintenance contract. That way I know someone will come out and keep my AC and heater in tip top shape. I must admit my unit worked noticeably better after the service. There are lots of mom and pops out there. When selecting a contractor, please take into consideration the fact that American Air Conditioning has a fleet, employees, and the real deal, not a one man and answering machine operation.

Dusty, Eric and Richard did an absolutely wonderful job installing my new air conditioning/heating unit and were finished much faster than I expected. They were pleasant and professional throughout and when the job was completed, Dusty explained exactly what was going on in a way that a mechanically challenged person such as myself had no questions. Erica called to update time the technician, Alex would be at my house. He was there as promised. Alex immediately donned his red carpet protectors, found my furnace was on a front deck, took off booties as the deck is not perfect with being exposed to the outside elements. He immediately went to work. He showed me the equipment he was cleaning, taking apart, and inspecting. All was well. He also made sure the water heater, even tho I thought fairly new still needed to be flushed out. Great service, great team.

Henry is the consummate professional. He was prompt and very gracious when he arrived. I was pleased at the time Henry took to go over the AC unit, and to show me what the trouble was and why is was occurring. He is very thorough in his job and clearly has a very strong work ethic. On Tuesday, the service tech, Jonathan Vista, came to my home. He was there to service my AC. I was surprised to see how how clean and well dressed he was.Hair was cut, no stubble, no tattoos, and no droopy pants! Johnny on time and spoke confidently, so he seemed to know what he was talking about. After checking the AC, he explained it so that someone without technical knowledge could understand. Johnny and Omar were a well-coordinated team providing thorough service for our FAU, solar powered attic fan, and water heater. Discharge temperatures at the heat registers were checked and were within specification range. Two replacement UV lights in the exhaust plenum failed immediately. Johnny replaced the whole UV assembly including the plenum-mounted box. This fixed the problem. Well done! Thank you.
