I had the worst experience with Allison. Her staff quoted me for insurance but they made me 4 years older so my rate was cheaper. When I told them their mistake, they happily changed my age and told me my rates would stay the same. I was pleased until I got another quote in the mail which was $80 more than they originally quoted me. I immediately began searching for another company and cancelled with Statefarm because the new quote was ridiculous. I cancelled my policy but I still got billed 2 days later. They pulled the money out of my account and I am still waiting to get it back nearly a month later. Their customer service line is no help at all. The company itself is terrible. Billy in the office has been so patient with me and very respectable, but Allison is no help whatsoever. I will never go back to Statefarm.

Mark was more than happy to assist me and got me set up with everything that I need at a very busy time for them. They were incredibly helpful and stood up to their great reviews! I feel like I made the right choice calling them and am very happy with my decision.
