Looks can be deceiving. They DO care about their customers, this is true, but not so much the employees. Their benefits package, pay, and yearly bonuses are a clever distraction from the fact that the employees are nothing but a number. All they care about are numbers. They do not care about your health, your well being, your happiness, or your disabilities. They do not listen when employees have genuine concern over the leadership of the managers, and they do not care if you are being neglected. There certainly is a LOT of pretty glitter, but once you get through it, its just a pile of poop.
