I have been insured with Jeff Evans for almost 5 years now. After an accident I had with an uninsured driver my auto rates skyrocketed. After reading reviews about Jeff Evans and Square State Insurance I emailed him to see if there was anything he could do to lower my rates. Not only was he able to lower my payment but he set me up on the snapshot program with Progressive and I received an additional 30% discount! After I purchased a home he was able to bundle my home owners insurance with my auto and it saved me even more money! More recently I decided to look into life insurance and the rates Jeff offered were unbeatable. He makes the entire process so easy and his quick response to all my questions is wonderful! The customer service and loyalty he offers his clients are far above anyone else I have worked with.

I reached out to Jeff at Square State when my renters insurance was up for renewal. It had been bundled with my auto insurance for years and had always just accepted that my multi-policy discount was the best rate I could receive. He got back to me within the hour with quotes from different providers and ran through several questions to fine tune my policy for my needs (something I had never done with my previous policy). In the end I had a better insurance policy at under half the rate I was paying before! On top of that I had an agent that made sure I understood my coverage and made it clear I could reach out to him at any time if I had any questions. Square State Insurance offers superior service and knowledge into the confusing world of insurance. Usually when an agent sells you insurance, you never hear from them again. Square State is in continual contact so when changes or new information is available, they make me aware and give recommendations as to how benefit. And their integrity is beyond anything I experienced anywhere. When I gain too many driving violations in one year, they actually recommended I go through a different insurance company to save me money. As soon as my driving record got better, I immediately switched back. Insurance is definitely something I don’t’ have to worry about with Square State on my side.
