Working with Scott Kopecky at Embrace Home Loans has been an exercise in professionalism, and definitely goin the extra mile. All paperwork and necessary signatures whether electronic or in front of a Notaey Public, were quickly and professionally provided. An example of Scott’s willingness to assist his clients took place while I was in Idaho visiting family. Scott arranged a Notary to meet me at the bed and breakfast where I was staying. On Saturday Scott contacted me and asked if I had heard from the Notary regarding a Monday morning appointment to sign the final paperwork. When I told him.no, I learned that the appointment that was set for 1000 hrs, was no longer available due to an extreme family emergency. He ended the call, and within less than thirty minutes called me back with another Notary at 1100 hrs on the same Monday. The appointment went without further incident, and the paperwork has been submitted. I have no qualms in referring my friends, family, or realtors to Embrace Home Loans and to Scott Kopecky by name.

We had a bad experience with Chase Mortgage. It took them 3 MONTHS to deny us based on information that was sent to them 4 times. I called up Roger Fisette and told him our story and he told us that he thought he could help us. In less than 1 MONTH (29 days), we had closed and had money in our hand (and at a better rate). He always was there for us with any questions that we would have (answering email right away and phone calls within minutes). Over the top help! Would recommend Roger to anyone! You can not get better customer service then what he showed us.

Good experience with a somewhat difficult loan application. I would go back again if we needed another loan. Al works well with his customers to get the right loan and complete the process on time. Our loan had a difficult time due to problems of being under construction at the time. Al worked to insure the criteria was met and the loan completed. I would go back to Al if I ever needed another mortgage or refi.
