We were first time home buyers and we desperately needed someone to truly TEACH us how to become home owners. We needed someone to listen to OUR needs and desires. We went to a mortgage talk at the Geneva Public library and listened to a "class" taught by Phil. I decided to give him a call a couple of months later because the lender our realtor had set us up with was getting annoyed with all of my questions. Phil invited us to meet with him to learn about our needs and how we could obtain our goal (a comfortable mortgage payment to us). He spent 2 hours out of his time on a Monday night to make sure we would be comfortable with every part of the process. It didn’t stop there though! He was all over anything we needed. He worked on our papers literally on Thanksgiving Day. He answered my questions morning, noon, night and even weekends. He knows his stuff and he is eager to share his knowledge and skill set. We have both recommended him to our friends and family. If you like someone that is going to be “johnny on the spot” when you need him, that’s Phil. If you want someone that will listen your needs, that’s Phil. If you want a knowledgeable, friendly, hard working guy on your team, you cant go wrong with Phil.

I could not be happier with my experience working with Phil Bukowski and his team at Two Roads Lending to refinance my home this fall. Throughout the entire process Phil was patient and accommodating to my needs. This really helped to alleviate some of the pressure and stress that can go hand-in-hand with a financial move; especially if finance is not your area of expertise.
