We were in a bar in Port St Lucie minding our own business when this guy started hitting on my girlfriend. The argument escalated into a fight and suddenly the police were there and I got arrested and they charged me with assault. My husband was in a fight at a hotel where he ended up breaking the other guys eye socket, it was in self defense. Mike got the charges dropped. A few months later my husband was arrested again on his 4th DUI and Felony Driving on a suspended license. We again hired Mike Ohle . My husband was facing up to 10 years in prison and Mike was able to get him bargained down to 40 months, although he did still get prison time the bargain that Mike was able to get for him was years less that what he would have gotten.
