I used this firm for a short sale deficiency. ... first off let me say Drake was real down to earth and nice to deal with ..from the beginning he listened and gave me many options we had a plan and then I had a major life event ....which made my case much more difficult. .....so he shifted gears and found a better solution for me ......he really impressed me and was very fair and kept my pricing structure the same which is very rare but I gotta say he was a very honest I will be using him in the future for real estate law.....he has great associates ....who I met one at a time as their expertise was needed..and they all took their time to explain and I felt like I had a true legal team .....my end result was a very low settlement. ..way less then I could ever imagine .......hope you never have my issue but if you do this your guy.....

Probably, just like others, My pride stood in my way and I wasted a lot of valuable time trying not to file bankruptcy. But when it came down to it, I took the plunge.
