what the hell does Quicken have to do with customer service... stupid review wtf however i do agree customer service does suck.... major... they are rude and very short with u on the phone

Horrible i attempted to file complaint with federal reserve bank and was told commerce bank is regulated by FRB. They are so corrupt i changed to a real bank and no more problems
