Called and spoke to an agent of their about a home refinance. One number was quoted as closing costs (2100) but when paperwork to sign arrived by mail the closing costs were over 10k. When I confronted the agent about this he had a bunch of excuses. I told him he was being dishonest and I would do business with them.
