I was in a horrible accident about three years ago against a company vehicle, where they were completely negligent and ran a stop sign turning my 2001 Nissan Frontier bed into scrap metal. I was in ICU for several days with internal bleeding due to a tear in my kidney, a torn rotator cuff, and some bulges in some disks in my spine. Knowing my hospital bills and therapy bills were going to be extensive I called Jim Adler to help bring justice to an incident where I was not at fault. My case manager Alma Alvarez was amazing. My lawyer was Langdon "Trey" Smith. Mr. Smith always answered my phone calls and emails promptly. The firm took care of finding the right doctors for me. After two years of surgery, doctors appointments and therapy we could not settle with the defendants and proceeded to trial. Mr. Smith came to trial accompanied by an additional Adler lawyer Michael Gomez. The two of them were a powerhouse, they had an argument for every response the defendant came up with. They had boxes and boxes filled with files about my case they they had to use a dolly to roll into the court room. After four days in trial, and a beautiful closing argument which brought my family and I to tears in the court room, the Jury granted me twice as much as what the defendant was trying to settle for. I am so happy with the outcome of my lawsuit and recommend Jim Adler, to anyone trying to seek justice.

If i could give no stars i would. Its been the most annoying experience ever. I never get in contact with any of the people helping with ourcase they also dont return your messages so theres no point in leaving one. & when i do finally get in contact i get the whole starting shpill of " oh i actually tried calling you" which is total balarky considering i have myphone by me 24/7 with no missed calls nor any messages. Our check from the adjustors has "been on its way" since january. Not to mention when im finally able to talk to someone "the check should be in at the end of week or next for sure" which ive been told about 4 times,possibly more, then i find it being 3 weeks later with no call or nothing. I know things like this do take time but its starting to feel like people are just dropping the ball, sitting on their hands and giving me a pacifying answer. Very unprofessional & it sucks to know they get their little fee anyways & i feel like i got pisspoor service. Save your self the trouble & just go somewhere else.

Mr. Nicholas Pierce has and does go above and beyond. I have been fortunate enough not to be needing services such as this before, now the first time in my life I have been in an accident as well as my three children and needed a team that was amazing and I found them in the San Antonio office. Mr. Pierce has been patient,kind and very trustworthy. I know at times I may have not been the easiest client just out of sheer frustration never going through this before my life has been turned upside down by this whole thing.My calls have always been returned the same day. I had a relieving experience at Jim Adler & Associates after my first car wreck. I contacted them and explained my situation, was immediately helped to make sure my health was taken care of first. I was helped by Rey Lopez, who made the daunting process seem so simple and straightforward (at least on my end!). He was very patient, professional, helpful, and made sure follow up with me on the status of my case throughout the entire process. As time passed, he always kept me in the loop about where my case stood, which I really appreciated since I do not understand law lingo very well. Hopefully I will never have another scary car accident again, but if I do, I know that I would see Rey Lopez again. The Texas Hammer is strong with this one!

I can honestly say I thought this was a bluff but its not, I am a 20 year old college student that was hit from the left rear end of my vehicle by a dump truck while my grandfather was driving. I called Jim Adler and associates which included Alfredo Martinez, Lora Lozano and Gloria Boutista, they recommended I received x-rays due to my pain. Come to find from the x- rays a disk in my upper back is dislocated and releasing spinal fluid that can not be stopped due to the accident. They got me 18,000 dollars in my bank account not including what my grandfather received. I am very thankful for all the have done, I will definitely recommend Jim Adler and associates to any one I know going through the struggle I went through.
