A month ago I was in the process of buying a home in San Antonio. The option period had expired on the contract, and I was still not certain of whether I would buy the property. I called Mr. Obermeier regarding my responsibility to the sellers, the real estate agents, and Title Company at that point. I left a message on Mr. Obermeier’s voicemail at 9:00 AM that morning. Mr. Obermeier returned my call at 4:45 that afternoon and gave me a thorough explanation of the process. His willingness to assist me without hesitation exceeded my expectations. He ensured I had no other questions before we ended the conversation. When I asked what I owed for his time, he said just leave a review on Google. Mr. Obermeier is both professional and personable. I was surprised and pleased by how quickly he responded to my voicemail. Should I need a real estate attorney in the future, Mr. Obermeier will be my choice.

I did a Google search for a great real estate attorney in San Antonio, Texas and Matthew Obermeier was one of the first listed so, I called him. He was very quick to answer the call and help me with a Real Estate Power of Attorney for my wife. My Ukrainian wife; a permanent resident here in the U.S. needed a Real Estate POA for her family living in back in Ukraine and Matthew made it happen. Mr. Obermeier is what I call a "Last of the Mohicans" meaning, in my experience these days is the last of a dying breed. He is sincerely kind, generous, and cares about everyone, not just the ones that will make him big money. I am a civil litigation Legal Assistant, however, I am now disabled and no longer able to do the work I so loved. In all my years of working, I never once knew or heard of any lawyer that would provide anyone, especially a complete stranger, his phone and text number and actually read the text and respond. I do not give out five stars often, but Mr. Obermeier deserves it. I had a complex real estate issue with our lender, but just needed to buy some time to sort out some personal problems. He came through like a professional by answering emails and texts promptly. He was courteous , from consultation, retainer payment, and case resolution. Some lawyers change gears on you once they secure payment...not this guy! Even his colleagues seem to be well put together from what I have causally observed. Once of the best experiences I have ever had with an attorney.

I called Mr. Obermeier first thing in the morning. Although he was in court, he sent a text in response to my voicemail to let me know he would call ASAP. Within a couple hours I received a call from him, not his office or assistant. This is very different than any other experience I have had with a law firm.
