These people are the most uncaring, uncompassionate people I have ever seen. We lost our father and he had a loan with them. I called to let them know and said that we would continue making the payments just like with his mortgage. They wanted the car returned immediately and said that since he died it broke the contract. We signed papers stating what we had told them through our estate attorneys. They said to either get the car refinanced or turn it in. We had just spent almost $15000 in burying him and for probate attorneys and said as soon as the life ins money came in and we could pay down some of our debt and we would refinance the car. We made all the payments on time and then they sued the estate still wanting the car back and charged the over $1400 in fees to us. We finally got the vehicle refinanced and good riddance to this company. RUN FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. They care nothing about you in any way. Just like in Goodfellas whatever the problem, f you pay me. Worst company I have dealt with in my 60 plus years. 0 stars if I had that option

PLEASE if you just bought a car and it is financed through CULS, RUN! Literally refinance with ANY other company you can find. Their website is severely antiquated (for a reason) you need pretty much ALL of your loan and vehicle info to logon, no simple username and password. Once you are signed in you can view your loan info but cannot change ANYTHING, good luck trying to make a payment online and setting up auto-draft requires printing out a form and mailing it in. There is also a nominal monthly fee that was added to my account that I never noticed until I traded my car in. Around 70 cents were being added to the account every month, for what? I will never know. Lastly, selling or even TRADING your vehicle requires a PHYSICAL form to be printed, filled out and mailed/faxed. Dealing with this "Bank" has been my worst experience yet, thank god I got approved by Bank of America.

This is not a well run company. Everyone I have spoken with has been very rude and unhelpful. They seem to not care at all. Only one person, Patrick, has been helpful and the second star is solely for him. He was understanding and very helpful. CULS has withdrawn an additional three months worth of payments from my account and told me that it was essentially my fault and I needed to take it up with the bank. They said there was nothing they could do. This is of course incorrect and just plain lazy. Luckily, I was transferred to Patrick and he assure me that he would have an answer for me by EOD today. Hopefully this works out. Moral of this story is find funding elsewhere. I assure you there are better options out there. Side note. I am and have always been and on time paying customer so there is no reason for them to treat me this way.

Website is cheap and difficult for user. To get into your account you must enter more info than your account actually shows you. Impossible to get customer service on line then difficult to get answers. Its been 2.5 weeks and I still do not have my tags which I was pulled over for. I will be changing my loan to new company as soon as the tags arrive.

Denied my loan because they said Temporary or irregular employment. I guess it showing that I work for the US Army which shows in my credit report is irregular and that they do not support soldiers or their jobs protecting their freedoms. Would not suggest this company to anyone that supports the people that defend their freedoms.

Horrible customer service towards customers that actually pay their bills. I would never have an account with them again, in fact I will be looking to refinance my loan out. Pretty sad coming from a 100% on-time professional customer. Stay clear and bank where your business is appreciated and earned, not here!!!!

After paying on time 5 years on an almost $30,000 loan I fell behind a payment and 1/2. With only owing 4000 left on my loan they reposses my car a day after I made a payment. Will never do business with them again and will definitely tell everyone to not do business with this awful company!

The Credit Union Loan Source, LLC has the BEST office and staff personal! The policies and procedures administered are most helpful to benefit consumers in their everyday life. I personally give my recommendation for vehicle loans through CULS. You will be satisfied!
