I have been a member for over 10 years, now. I have a checking, savings, money management, and a 0.99% interest rate car loan through them. I moved away from home to Nebraska three years ago and still bank with FCCU. They are always more than willing to help me out across the state lines. Choose a credit union before you ever choose a bank. They are there for you, not your money.

Most horrible experience ever with the mortgage department. Will never ever ever use them again for anything, Will never recommend to anyone nor will my Real Estate Company. Shame on you FCCU. Get your customer service together.

Man idk what happened. All of my friends hyped the place up, But when I went to open an account I felt like a criminal. Its like they didnt want me there. Man idk if I would want these people holding my money?

Have a car loan with them, they did not apply the payments correctly and will not go back and fix it so now I have paid interest on a balance that was paid.
