I used their firm for a major traffic violation I had received while out of town and visiting the area. They were always prompt in response to phone calls and emails alike. Not hours, within minutes. It was the first time I had ever received this type of violation so I had plenty of questions. All of which were answered to my satisfaction giving me a clear understanding of what the proceedings were to be. Thank you for an amazing customer service experience and a team of knowledgable paralegals to get this issue quickly and efficiently handled. Being that it was an out of state violation it can get tricky and costly without the proper guidance. I would recommend Beaver/Courie law firm to anyone seeking legal counsel or representation. Many years ago (25) I was stationed at Ft Bragg. My home of record remained in Texas. I was very young and got into some trouble with the Fayetteville Police. I was arrested for DWI. Due to the nature of the unit I was with, and the Gulf War situation I was deployed quite often for long periods of time. I failed to appear for the hearings, etc. I did pay the fines. Well, long story short, 24 years later when I was trying to renew my TXDL, there was a block from the state of NC. I was shocked, to say the least. I contacted the Beaver Courie firm. I explained what happened. I made a payment (which was more than worth it), signed a few papers and they took care of me. All charges were dismissed. I never had to appear in court or pay any addition money. What a great team! I highly recommend them.

What started out as an extremely stressful and worst possible situation I could ever get into regarding a simple case resulted and a good outcome. Basically, poor communication about the outcome of the case led to me not knowing there were court fees due. I was never informed due to whatever reason, possible computer error given all of the problems following the storm last year. Result was I lost my license without even knowing there was a problem. Fortunately, everyone at this firm I spoke with did step up to the plate took responsibility, fix the problem for me so there was no issue whatsoever and no mark on my record with regards to the situation. I had 3 traffic charges against me and the judge had no mercy on me. So my sister suggested that I get representation from Beaver Courie Attorneys. I spoke with several people in the law firm and they all were very knowledgeable and kind to me. My court date was not until the end of November. But I needed this taken care of way before then. So I explained why and they were able to have all charges dismissed completely in 4 weeks. Two months prior to my court date. I had an outstanding experience with this law firm. They charged me a flat rate for a traffic ticket and told me to expect to pay court costs (which still would have been cheaper than my other ticket I paid to get out of). Not only did they get my ticket completely dismissed, there were no court costs to pay as well. I hope I never receive a ticket in Fayetteville again but if I do, I know where I am headed.
