Ms Ferguson is a stellar attorney. I hired her for a child custody case for my children. I had already been divorced and had shared custody with my ex. The one week on, one week off was literally damaging to my children. It was an extremely hard case and took a while due to the circumstances but I m very proud to say that we won. She stood by me the entire time and was a great support. She s an attorney that will fight to the very end because she has a strong belief in what she does. Her professionalism in the courtroom was stellar. I actually had people in court that would ask me for her buisness card just because of how she handled herself. She was honest with me. She told me the truth about what she thought about my case, not what I wanted to hear and she always did what was in the best interest for me and my family. It was a really long fight for our custody but it had a very happy story in the end. She helped me stand up to my ex after years of abuse. She has a firm belief in standing up for what is right and takes a personal interest in her cases. She ll stand up for you when you need it and give you the sound logical advice you re looking for. I ve had the opportunity many times to observe other attorney s while waiting on my case. I ve seen most attorney s in this area a few times and observe how they handle their cases. She was well mannered with the judge and other attorneys, polite (You ll see if you ever go, how ill mannered some other attorneys can be. Extremely rude. Proud to say, she wasn t), whitty, excellent at trials with questioning, and inviolable. I d recommend her to anyone. I know what it s like when you re looking for a lawyer and have no clue who to choose. I took my chances with not knowing any lawyer in this area and chose her and I d go back and choose her again if I ever needed to.

This is in response to the post from Halfthewaysir. I am the spouse that he is referring to in his appalling post. First off, Attorney Ferguson was MY attorney and in MY opinion she (and her office) did the best she could with the circumstances that she was presented with. I am not going to go into the details of my case or my employment with Attorney Ferguson, as those are private. I will say that she did her research and fought for me the whole time. The opposing side to my case made this whole process extremely difficult and trying for all involved. As you can see from his post, he continues to do so. I am horrified that he would come onto this site and critique MY attorney, it shows just how narcissistic and petty he actually is. If you are looking for someone who will work tirelessly for you, tell you things that you need to hear and fight for your best interests then please give her office a call.

Ferguson Law Firm helped me through the most challenging time in my life. They worked incredibly hard. The opposition had made it seem like it was their mission to be as difficult as possible, this seemed to only make Ferguson Law Firm fight even harder. They are amazing and will do everything they can to help you. The ladies in the office are beyond nice and the attorney is amazing. They would contact me with any changes immediately and kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. In the court room the attorney seemed to be flawless. I do not see why anyone would ever choose a different family law firm. They are worth way more than their price. Choosing them will be the best choice you can make.

This attorney is fantastic, for your spouse if you are divorcing! She represented my ex and I witnessed her argue with the judge, tell the judge she was wrong and talk down to her client making her cry. She also hired my ex to work for her, while the case was going on only to fire her a few months later. Ferguson was quite the spectacle. She convinced my ex she was getting screwed and in the end my ex ended up with nothing more than what was agreed upon in the separation agreement, but did have an expensive unnecessary attorney fee.

Some of the worst customer service. If you want to continue being interrupted on the phone the entire time and not be able to explain any type of questions, this is the place to go. Not only by the paralegal but by the lawyer herself. They clearly do not care about the needs of someone who is requesting assistance.
