I was a little weary at first and did not know if this was going to work. I made an appointment at the FayettevIille office. I am a Disabled Veteran and the office person, Laurie, saw I needed help and brought me a small table to write on and was very courteous and knowledgeable!!! The coffee was great also. I then met Anita, who was a paralegal and she was friendly and professional. She explained the procedure of bankruptcy to me and suggested which chapter to file for my situation. We worked through my issues and I was hoping for good news. Then Anita said, I do not think I can help you. She knew I was a Gulf War Veteran who served right there in Fayetteville at Ft Bragg. US Paratrooper, so I know about adversity. Anita said, wait a minute, there may be a way I can help you. She went to figuring and adding and asking me more info. Five to ten minutes later, Anita says, we can help you. A relief went over my head and I thanked God for Anita. I told her she was my blessing that day. She worked very hard to help me get a solution to my financial problems!! Mr Orcutt should be proud to have staff employed like Anita which makes his law firm a place of solitude and the rebuilding of client financial confidence! Airborne!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Anita Walter and Christina Crews. With my initial consultation, Anita showed me that there was a light at the end of the dark tunnel I was in. Divorce, job loss and repossession of my car is a devastating experience and Anita put me at ease and said "we can help". I can never repay her empathy, understanding, and being the wonderful, Christian woman she is. For my follow up, I met with Christina Crews. Her patience and understanding were priceless during this visit due to my numerous issues and what I was having trouble with. During our meeting, I received a call that our beloved family pet was going into surgery for a second surgery due to a dog attack. She stopped what she was doing and put her arms around me and prayed for me and my family. She never once made me feel like my personal issue was an inconvenience for her. I would like to say that Mr. Orcutt has a rare and wonderful staff of employees. They are knowledgeable, caring and know how to balance business with showing a compassionate side. They make a trying and unfortunate circumstance easy to face and handle and I will always remember how wonderfully I was treated.

I want to start off by giving a heart warming thank you! I was welcomed right away when I walked in the door at the Fayetteville office. The front desk staff were very courteous and professional. They assisted me with any questions I had and showed sincere care. My wait for an paralegal once I was done filling out my intake form was minimal. Ms. Juanita Walter came out and introduced herself and escorted me to her office. She showed true professionalism and was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions truthfully which gave me assurance that I was doing the right thing. I was able to start my next meeting right away. I met with Bobbi Fries and she explained the paperwork process with great detail and I left her office with no questions unanswered and once again was reconfirmed that I made the right decision. I am SO thankful that my wife and I went into this AWESOME office today. We were fortunate enough to have a great appointment setting call with Mitchell, we were greeted by two bright smiling faces who were both patient and very at ease and THEN we were handed off to ANITA! I cannot say enough good about my experience with ANITA, she is a blessing. I felt very vulnerable and nervous about going in but once at her desk that was a thing of the past. She does not pass judgement and is just a GOD SEND at her job. I rarely meet people that make me feel that way from the first minute of a conversation! I came in for my free consultation. I had been really embarrassed about filing for bankruptcy at the age of 27, so i was nervous and scared honestly. I met with Ms. Anita who was fast, attentive, caring and knowledgeable about all of the services, and did not make me feel embarrassed about my situation at all! She was awesome. I chose the best plan that fit my budget and something that I could commit to and would not put me in a financial strain at all. Anita Walker listen and then explained in very clear language what my options are. I appreciate that and the help that is being offered to me. I was nervous at first, but became completely at ease as Ms. Walker outlined a course of action to deal with the financial difficulties resulting from an accident and ensuing inability to work. I went to my signing today. I have been working with Rebecca Clay the last few visits and she is wonderful to work with. She was very clear and professional in going over what I needed to have in the way of documents and explaining every step of the process. I feel good about myself and what I am doing.
