I was searching for a company to insure my new mobile home. I called Skyblue Insurance Agency and was quickly transferred to an agent who took all my information and gave me a quote right there over the phone. The price was lower than expected. The agent took the time to explain all the coverage to me to make sure I was comfortable with the policy I was getting. I was able to pay for the policy and was insured right there over the phone and was E-mailed the policy within 10 minutes. The process of buying homeowners insurance was easier than ordering a pizza! I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Angelica was most professional and efficient. She took her time to listen and hear me. I have a serious post-concussion syndrome affecting however she assisted me so I remained on track I had some documents I needed to fax and she asked me to call with confirmation that I had. As it turned out I had a problem and she stayed with me until it was done I feel she genuinely cares about me and found me the best product for the money and value. Rude and Un-Professional, called seeking a quote the lady answering the phone sounded as though she was speed talking because she was in some kind of hurry, could not understand her at all. then she gets an attitude with me because I tell her I cant understand her. further she hangs up on me when I explain what it is I am hearing, and that I dont appreciate her tone. SkyBlue needs to invest in training in the south east. Lost my Business and anyone who asks me will get advice to steer clear....................

My experience with your rep was very rewarding to me. Jose was very informative to my needs for my classic vehicle and was helpful in finding a price that we both agreed on. He seemed to be genuine in our conversations. I was concerned that your policy to pay upfront for the whole year without getting the info i needed to be confident that you guys were legit. He directed me to your website and we went from there. Mr Castro was very helpful in satisfying my auto insurance needs.

Frank and A. Gonzalez Con People; I asked for medical, uninsured and underinsured and when the documents needed to be signed, they checked that I "Rejected" that coverage. They asked for $266.Dollars up front, plus another $301. So I added $266 + $301= $567 divided by six months = $93. Dollars per month. I can get the General Ins for.$55 per month so why would I give them $94 monthly for the General!!! Horrific Company (Call CA Ins Commission and the BBB).
