My father enlisted the help of Monge and Associates back in November of 2014. He is a fully disabled veteran, and we were trying to get their help in our Social Security case (which at the time, they listed that they would be able to help and had a wonderful success rate...). However, we have FIRED them because they were RUDE, INEFFECTIVE, and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Whenever we needed to speak to the lady handling our case, we had to jump through so many hoops, only to hear that she had either left the office, or that she was unable to come to the phone, and she would have to give us a call back. we would wait well over a week, and have to CALL HER again and again. We were asked to send her my fathers medical information (a VERY long list of well over 50 pages) constantly, which we did, but she insisted that she did not get it. when we brought up the fact that we were unhappy, we FINALLY got to speak to an actual lawyer who was possibly the rudest and most hostile person. he stated that he would rather lose business than help us, hoped that we got nothing for our claim AND THEN DEMANDED PAYMENT FOR THE "WORK" THEY HAD DONE. we hired them because their TV ad had stated that no payment was due until the claim was over and their client had results. the only result that we have from this was over 2 years of wasted time. I would give them a NEGATIVE star rating if I could. they are HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and DECEITFUL. not to mention, even Judge Judy has stated that they are "Morons" and they should not be trusted to work on someones case. If this is how they treat a Disabled Veteran, I am appalled. We ended up going to a different attorney, how is ACTUALLY GETTING US RESULTS. DO NOT GO TO THESE CLOWNS, SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR ACTUAL ATTORNEYS THAT CAN WIN YOUR CASE.

f I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I am just shy of 50 years of age, and have never been in an accident. Unfortunately, I was stopped when I was rear-ended, which left significant injuries to my spine. Not knowing what to other than seek treatment, my husband and my mother insisted I get an attorney. I am glad I did! Enrique Fernandez was the nicest most professional. He was patient, he listened, he responded timely, we communicated, and that is/was much appreciated. I am still in treatment, but it helps to know I was compensated. I HIGHLY recommend Monge and Associates, and of course my personal favorite is Enrique Fernandez! Pleasant with a surprise outcome!

After another party ran a red light in December, totaling out my vehicle; I was at a loss for how to even begin to work on this claim. Thankfully, I received a recommendation from a trusted associate. From the moment I first contacted the office I was put at ease. From the front office staff, to the case manager, I almost never lifted a finger. I was able to focus on recovering physically without the added stress of settling my claim. I personally have not dealt with Monge & Associates but my mother has been dealing with a legal assistant named Dominique, whom will not give out the attorneys name. My mother has been fighting for disability with this company since 2013 and they still have NO answers to give her. They will not return her call within a decent time frame and they never answer the phone when calling. This makes me sad, very very sad, that my MOTHERS LIFE is in the hands of a company that IS NOT GIVING HER ANSWERS. If ANYONE could please give me some insight that would be delightful. I have never been so disappointed in my life.

Kristina Ducos is AWESOME! I have never been in an accident before, so I did not know what to expect. Kristina was always available(even on the weekends!!), answered all my questions professionally, and empathized with me as I had to go to doctors and physicians to get back to normal.
