IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DUI CALL MR. LAWSON!!! I am a former military service member and currently a Federal Employee with a security clearance. I was pulled over in Georgia, arrested refused the breath analyzer, and was charged with DUI. I found Mr. Lawson’s website, which had many outstanding reviews and gave him a call. Mr. Lawson was professional and courteous and guided me throughout the entire ordeal. He really takes his job serious and he sincerely cares about his client’s well-being. He remained this way throughout the entire ordeal. He always returned my calls promptly. Mr. Lawson used his skills to guide me through the pretrial sequence of events, which I followed to the letter. Today, I do not have a DUI on my driving record and I owe this to Mr. Lawson’s keen senses and knowledgeable skills with dealing with the laws and judicial system in Georgia. He understood the ramifications of losing my security clearance and he applied a no-nonsense strategy to clearing me of the charge. I normally do not do write reviews, but I decided to write this one because I wanted people to know, if they are charged with a DUI, without a doubt to hire Mr. Lawson. This is a no-brainer; this gentleman is a top-notch attorney and definitely one of the best around. I promise, you will be glad you did!

Richard Lawson is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! I have multiple, multiple DUI’s on my record. I was really worried about my case and keeping my job. Mr. Lawson was a godsend from Day 1: - He answered my initial call on a Saturday evening. - He returned every call thereafter, answered every email and every question…usually within the same day and even on weekends. During the whole process he was bar-none the best attorney that I have ever retained or heard of anyone retaining. Richard Lawson is a miracle worker and getting my DUI charge reduced would not have been possible without him. I have only ever heard terrible stories about people getting DUIs and how awful it is to work with attorneys. My experience with Mr. Lawson was completely different. He was always willing to take my calls. He and his law clerk kept me in the loop during every stage of the process. He advised me to be proactive with driving classes and alcohol programs and this paid off! The judge and prosecutor showed me a lot of grace after I showed up to court with Mr. Lawson and had all of my courses and treatment completed. Richard Lawson is by far the BEST Lawyer in Georgia. I was on my way home from Northern Georgia and heading to Central Florida. I was pulled over by the Georgia Highway Patrol for speeding and was eventually charged with DUI Refusal (2nd Time). While Speaking with Richard after I have been released from jail it was around 10pm and Richard answered his phone the first time I called. We spoke about what had transpired and he also told me my options with me possibly hiring him. He was hired by the end our conversation. During the course of my case I never had to return to Georgia. By the end of my case Richard had gotten my DUI Refusal (2nd time) dismissed and reduced to Reckless Driving. Still in awe of how amazing the outcome of my difficult case was! I was charged with two DUIs, one of which had child endangerment attached. On a second DUI charge, Richard negotiated a reduction in possible penalties significantly. Indeed, incarceration negotiated from a possible 45 day actual time to under 3 days providing significantly less possibility for personal and professional embarassment.
