Cleverly manipulated me into giving up rights to a business that I founded by taking everything over while he "drew up paperwork", paperwork I was never a part of and was apparently only presented to my "colleague" who then took over and destroyed the companies reputation. Never would I work with such an untrustworthy person again, both John Spicer and my previous "colleague".
