Kudos to Tom Kokonowski ! Having been in Law Enforcement for twenty-eight years I have had ample opportunity to watch countless Lawyers practice their profession in a court of law from Boston to the Berkshires. I have seen a wide range of competency and professionalism. Even more rare in my opinion has been integrity. I have always believed integrity is a trait that every person has within. It cannot be taken from us but has to be given away. Tom is highly competent and professional. Even more important in my opinion is that Tom has maintained his integrity throughout his career. Kudos to you Tom for being the best in your chosen profession! The old saying is, ‘ If you want a good doctor, ask a nurse. Same goes for Lawyers, “ if you want a good Lawyer, ask a Police Officer.” Tom is and will remain my first choice.

*BEFORE YOU HIRE TOM READ FOR YOUR OWN GOOD* The worst lawyer I have ever encountered. I was wrongly arrested for assault and battery and hired Tom Kokonowski to represent me. He held on to information I gave him to give to the prosecutor that would result in the case being dropped. He did this so that he could collect an addiction $2500.00 from me to take it past pre-trial. I was innocent so I was not giving up. I fired him and and hired Dana Goldblatt, she gave the information to the DA that I had tried to get Tom to give to them, and my case was almost immediately dropped. I did not have to make another court appearance. Please do not make the same mistake I did

Tom is a great lawyer. Got my case DISMISSED. When I found myself in a place where I needed a lawyer to keep my job and reputation I called Tom on a Sunday and then we had a meeting. I hired Tom because he was a straight shooter who knew what he was talking about. I thought that I was going to have to go to trial, but thanks to him my case was DISMISSED.
