I had the occasion to seek the advices of an attorney after our mortgage company released our mortgage in 2010, and then, in 2014, I started getting calls from a company that was "servicing" our mortgage that no longer existed. I made an appointment with Mr. Parker, discussed the matter with him and showed him pertinent documents. He immediately sent a letter to the servicing company that his firm represented us and not to contact us again. And, he did not charge me! I had several other occasions to contact him via e-mail. His knowledge of the laws regarding the Statute of Limitations gave me reassurance and his refusal to charge me was a refreshing experience dealing with an attorney. I truly believe this firm believes in helping people and does so unselfishly unless there is a real need to "reatain" them monetarily. I highly recommend this firm and would not hesitate to go back to them should the need arise.

Very Impressed! I have talked to 15 different law firms in anticipation of a legal action against my mortgage company. None of them impressed me. That is why I have continued to look for someone who, #1 knew what they were talking about and #2 seemed to actually care about my case. Mr. Parker was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about the laws that affect my particular circumstances. This is the first time, I have ever taken the time to write a review about anything online but I was compelled to do so because of the level of service I feel I recieved from this firm.

My case was a difficult one. Because of being self employed the bank did not want to modify my home loan. I tried for three years myself before hiring Parker & DuFresne. I was very pleased to be working with Lauren McLeod. Because of her & her hard work I was let into the modification program in just over a year from first meeting with her. There was a form that the bank was withholding from us that kept kicking the paperwork out. Lauren forced them to send the exact form that they use. Because of this my house was saved. Thank you Lauren, & everyone at Parker & DuFresne!

I just met with Mr. Parker for a consultation and had the most honest and ethical experience. He advised me not to go ahead with the legal matter I came for ; but rather another legal matter he discovered in my paperwork that would be in my best interest, he even brought in Mr. DuFresne who consulted with me. This law firm has only its clients best interests at heart and I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs their help.

These guys particularly Donald Dufresne are the biggest scam artist of all time. Spent $3500.00 and all they did was do a few phone calls and emails back and forth never having to step foot out of the office accept once. My final bill was over $8000.00 for some phone calls and some emails that I could have done myself not to mention I got nothing accomplished and probably could have got more done without them. Donald Dufresna is a fraud.

Chip Parker is an inconsiderate person that I would not recommend dealing with. I would suggest you look elsewhere, search Jacksonville Bankruptcy Attorney on google and there are many to choose from.
