There are many great things to say about Taxsmith. I had a horrible tax debt of more than 70,000.00 dollars and with the help of Angie and her crew at Taxsmith it has been reduced to a little over 17,000.00 with a very manageable payment plan. I have been very impressed with Angie from the start as she was always very cordial, professional and understanding that when someone is having to deal with the IRS they are intimidated and fearful of embarassment at the least or possibly losing everything. Over time, as she began to resolve my disaster I became acquainted with much of her crew. As a manger myself that has to hire people all I can say is Wow! Everybody and I mean everybody that I have spoken to and has helped me with my case has been incredible! In my opinion and experience with Taxsmith, I could not recommend anybody any more! This has been a life changing event for me and my family! Thanks Angie and all that have helped me that work there! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!

In December of 2015 I received the scariest letter in the world from the IRS stating i owe them over a $100,000 for back taxes. I immediately starting reading reviews for tax attorneys specializing in this area. Based on the outstanding reviews I decided to go with TaxSmith. It was the best decision of my life. We worked very closely together for the entire year. They managed to get my debt in noncollectable status . I could not be more pleased with the outcome and their diligence to get the job done. They are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience in the area of IRS collections. They have also handled my tax filings for the last couple of years that has gone very well in getting the largest return possible. Even though the IRS will be taking it for the next three years which is on me not them. Thanks again Angie Smith, Shaniece Riley and Elizabeth for getting it done.

I contacted several different firms before deciding on TaxSmith. I chose TaxSmith because they gave me a very clear and honest understanding of my options and what could be accomplished with my situation. It was clear to me that several other firms were trying to get my business by blowing a lot of smoke: "settle for pennies on the dollar" , "wipe out tax liability" type of comments. TaxSmith was honest about what they could do based on my particular situation. They over delivered. Another important note was my total fees were exactly what I was told they would be up front. The other firms could only give me estimates based on how long the process took. On the negative side, my settlement took almost a year to complete and the staff member I was in contact with changed several times. As a whole it was as positive of a experience as could be expected when dealing with a tax issue.

Angie Smith and her staff, specifically Cara Wall were exceptional in handling my case. Being located in California, I was skeptical that this firm would able to handle my IRS issues from Jacksonville. Not only did they prove me wrong, they also went beyond my expectations including handling an IRS audit; which they settle for me with the IRS at no additional cost. They were also able to settle with the IRS a repayment plan at no additional cost to me.. My experience with this firm has proven to me that there are most knowledgeable in handling any IRS situation, as they have on staff IRS experience personnel that have an exceptional relationship with the IRS. They were very professional and demand the information required to assure the best Settlement possible. I strongly recommend them. I recommend this firm to anyone that has issues with the IRS.

I hired Angie Smith and Taxsmith in February of 2015. I had two years of back taxes to be filed, and mounting bad debt, penalties and interest. I wanted to take care of this issue so I hired someone who I thought would take care of me, and my situation. I was wrong. Went I went to Taxsmith I owed a huge sum to the IRS, my credit was in the toilet, interest and penalties were killing me, and the IRS could come after me at any time. Ten months (at one point they simply forgot about me) and $4,000 later I STILL owe a huge sum to the IRS, my credit is STILL in the toilet, interest and penalties are STILL killing me, and the IRS can STILL come after me at any time. What did they do for me? Your guess is as good as mine. Far as I can figure out the only thing they did was cash my check.

The staff at Taxsmith was very professional and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would to help me with my tax issues. They were very helpful, emailed me weekly with a progress report to get the matter taken care of quickly. I owed over $20.000 in back taxes as a fisherman. I had not filed taxes in 22 yrs and they told me I only had to file the 5yrs . I currently only owe the IRS $6.000! In my opinion it was well worth the $2500, which they are considerate enough to make a payment plan. When it was all said and done, I only have to pay the IRS $110 per month and file on time for the next ten years. I have been extremely satisfied with the outcome and I have recommended Taxsmith to a friend and I will recommend to anyone. Thanks for all your help!

I was with another firm for almost 2 yrs and after i paid in full all communication except for a few emails where gone with no results.I contacted TaxSmith and they educated me on THE different tax services out there.unfortunately the service i was with was only a tax advocate type service.TaxSmith is a tax Lawyer firm and after signing up ,about 6mo. TaxSmith has been fantastic with helping me resolve my Tax Identity Theft case. From the start they have been very informative, and they called me every few weeks to inform me about the status of my case. Before TaxSmith I had not received a tax return for 3 years because of the identity theft, and I was not able to get anywhere with the IRS because they had all of the fraudulent data on file. Since they helped me out I have received all of my tax returns that had been withheld, and they even had interest paid back to me by the US Department of Treasury. Shaneice Riley was amazing to work with! Although we did have a rough start in the beginning, I felt as though some were rude as I know nothing about tax "stuff" and I was doing this for my dad, I did feel like I got our moneys worth as they saved him/us a lot of headache and money thus far.
