These people deserve no star at all:( First their HARD pull on all three credit agencies shows up after three months ruining my credit in the very crucial time.... Second, they want my written request/authorization to investigate into their lousy mistake. Really, we do not even dare to call you when we mess you up by our incompetence but now we need your letter and 30 days to inquire into it???

At 1st I thought was a bogus credit pull but turns out the date coincides with a new mortgage application a year ago. So looks like my lender used them. Gave 3 stars because NO details were provided on credit report to explain who they were-had to do research myself.

Have not check my Credit Report in 9 months (my fault entirely, should have done it sooner) and saw 4 separate hard inquires from Credit Plus spread out over 4 months. Never authorized it and now im in a battle to get them to fixed it .

I never requested anything from this place and suddenly I find 2 hard inquiries in 2 days from them. I think they should have to pay for lowering my credit score.
