Incredulously amazed at how terrible my customer service call was just now with Elita! Flat affect personality, indifferent about my concern, and an expert at passing the buck! My credit was frozen a year and a half ago after my identity had some suspicious activity occurring on the other side of the country. Now, here I am attempting to login to my account created to update my information and look into a temporary lift, she says "yeah, thats not my department but you can call someone else"! All I can do right now is laugh, because screaming would be unproductive. Not only did the call sound outsourced, but to ask for further explanation as to why she is unable to answer my questions, she sounded as if she only knew how to read from a teleprompter. If I wanted automated and impersonal responses, I would have simply stayed on the automated system. Truly saddened this is who has control over our credit, and when help is requested, not a single care is given.
