My case was handled in a most effective and efficient manner. The lawyer that was assigned to me, Mr. Dale Riley has done an outstanding job in representing me on all legal issues. He does a great job in appearing before the trustee to represent my best interest. He is very responsive and patient with me. I bombard him with a lot with questions in email and he is always gracious to me. He always respond to me with a sense of urgency. He never got impatient or rude with me. I really appreciate his service. He far exceeded my expectations. You give excellent customer service Mr. Riley. You are awesome!!!! God Bless you!! Thank you Mr. Riley. Thy WORST EVER THID FIRM ONLY GETS GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ASK CUSTOMERS TO GIVE THEM ONE WAY BEFORE THE CASE HAS BEE. FILED. PGL helped me when no one else would. They saved my car, helped me sell my house, kept me from getting garnished and gave me ample time to pay. They filed my case as soon as I paid the minimum, the next day. I was able to give creditors the filing number the next day and stop my phone from ringing off the hook. They even contacted a creditor that was calling me at work, even though my payments were current. My attorney even checked in on me several months after the discharge to see how things were going. He assured me to feel free to contact him if I had any questions or needed anymore help.

There was an issue with one of the payment when it was processed from payment center and I had to do all the legwork and multiple times explaining to different people, especially Kyle the clerk is very arrogant and mean. I hated talking to him. And also they are very expensive. Friend of mine had his done at elsewhere and it cost him over $1000 less. Lawyers are nice but unless you are proactive about your case they will not follow up with you. Go somewhere else and save money and headache.

I recently came in with my cousin to file and we where immediately greeted by the front lady whose name I think was maria. She was extremely friendly and had a very warm smile. She was very helpful when it came to some slight confusion we had when filling out our paperwork.
