They are super rude. I called them for some help as I am out of the country and happened to ask the lawyer the same question twice and he snapped and responded that he has already answered the question. Talk about customer service glad he showed his true colours earlier else I would have been stuck with this highly unprofessional lawyer.If I could give them 0 I would
