I retained Stuart Swanson as my attorney after another one took my money and did absolutely nothing for 3 months. I was very leery of attorneys but Stuart changed my mind. What impressed me the most was his honesty and willingness to help every step of the way. I even contacted him after filing, with some other legal issues, and he always took the time to either answer my questions or refer me to someone else who could. Filing bankruptcy is a big step considering how much emphasis is placed on good credit rating. I would still suggest filing if you are in a desperate situation because there is life after bankruptcy! I filed in 2006 and was able to buy property in 2008! Even though I was forced to file bankruptcy after my divorce, I still consider this experience as a learning one, and glad that Cutler and Associates came up in my Google search when I needed help!

If you are struggling, you caannot sleep and youve reached the breaking point, call Stuart and Cutler & Associates. You will get a piece of mind the minute you start getting advice. I was struggling and was in debt and I didnt know how to get out. I was scared, embarassed and highly stressed. I was getting collection calls and letters daily. If you are in that position, please call Stuart. He made it easy by telling me all my options and going over the steps to bankruptcy. It can be scary, but he handles it professionally with a laid back attitude. I was immedietly at ease. And once the process starts, the pesky creditor calls can and will go away. I, like many others, found myself in debt and came to Stuart to discuss my options. He was patient and never made me feel as if I was "less than" because I got myself into this mess. He told me that many others are in the same boat for the same reason and that made me feel better. As it happened in the end I did not claim bankruptcy as my situation changed over time. I would strongly recommend Cutler & Associates if you must go through a bankruptcy. They are an extremely professional and non-judgemental as well. We had Stuart Swanson handling our case. He was always right on top of e-mails, and any questions we had were answered promptly. They met with us in our area because we do not live near Skokie. That was very accomodating we thought. Stuart was very professional but extremely kind as well. When we met him for the first time we knew that he was the person we had talked with on the phone and vise versa!!
