My son and his wife used Tim for the mortgage on their first home. They’re young and we’re inexperienced about shopping for a loan and they RAVED about Tim. I didn’t know him at the time, but after all the glowing comments about him, I told my son, “Man . . . I’d like to meet this McBratney guy.” Well . . . we did meet about 3 years ago at a Business Networking International (BNI) meeting. Tim actually came over to me and introduced himself. I remember telling him, “Oh! You’re Tim McBratney. Wow, it’s nice to meet you!” I think he was surprised at my greeting until I told him who my son and daughter-in-law were and all the nice things they had said about him. He was caught off guard and genuinely humbled and I could see why my kids liked him so much. I liked Tim immediately. Because we’re both members of BNI, I now get to see Tim on a weekly basis and he is a joy to everyone in the group. He’s one of the really good guys. Honest, straight shooter and hard working for his client kind of a guy. I don’t know anyone in that group who would not say the same thing about him. He’s well known, respected and loved. Tim is a true professional. I think he’s been in the mortgage industry for decades. I recommend him whole heartedly as a mortgage professional. You will not find better.
