We closed on our house last week and it was the easiest home buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered. It even seemed too good to be true because everything went so smoothly. Working with our mortgage planner Wilson Mak and his team was such a pleasure as they were fast and efficient and very kind. They cared about what was best for us explaining all of our loan options and he was very patient answering all of our questions. He was always available and I could reach him by phone, text or email anytime. His responses were always within minutes and we never waited for answers to our questions. Wilson even let me use his computer to print paperwork when I had computer problems at home. In the past the home buying process was a stressful and long process filled with a trail of endless paperwork, unanswered questions and long waits for return calls from the lender. Thanks to Wilson Mak and his knowledgeable staff this was such a pleasant and fast closing. It was such a great home buying experience and we are happy and thankful that Wilson Mak got us the best loan to meet our needs and We didn’t see our Realtor at closing but Wilson Mak was there with us in case we had any unanswered questions. He stayed on top of everything from day 1 to closing day and my husband and I are lucky we were referred to him and will continue to refer him to anyone we know who needs his services.

In July 2015, I embarked on the process of buying my first home. I had heard so many horror stories from my friends and family about this process, and I completely expected to have a story of my own to share. However, I am writing today to say that my experience was quite the opposite. My first step was to contact my Mortgage Planner, Wilson Mak, with Fairway. Wilson assisted me each step of the way and provided thoughtful and concise information to me, that I believe, was the reason I was able to purchase the home I wanted at the price I could afford to pay. I can’t say enough good things about Wilson Mak. He remained in constant communication with me, which helped to avoid any confusion or frustration. If at any point I was unsure or confused about something, I knew I could call Wilson, and hear back from him immediately, with an answer or solution. Today, my family is planning our first Christmas in our new home. We have decorated, hosted parties, and enjoy the fact that for the first time, we are home owners and not renters. I recommend Wilson Mak, with Fairway to anyone wanting to buy a home. There will be no horror story!

Wilson is the most knowledgeable, he helped us with buying our home this month, yes what a Christmas present. We had lost a home as did most in 2008, we were not sure if we would qualify for a home ever again. Wilson was honest and explained what we needed to do to accomplish home ownership once again. We had shopped around with other lenders, but did not feel that they were as honest and knowledgeable. Wilson and his team were very thorough, which made the day of closing so smooth.
