My wife and I switched to Rich Matthews State Farm about 3 years ago. We had no idea how much we were paying extra with the other firm, until we met with one of the agents at State Farm. The employees at state farm welcomed us in and gave us some water while we were there; we sat down and had a conversation with Rich who explained all the details of what he could do to save us money. We left with an increase in coverage, about 300 dollars in savings every 6 months, and GAP insurance included with one of my vehicles. We love State Farm, and especially loved the service that Richard Matthews gave us new comers to Florida.

They are the reason I cancelled my State Farm. After moving from Minnesota where I LOVED my agent I was extremely disappointed in the communication from ZERO response to email to getting hung up on when calling into the office to them trying to register my vehicle back in Minnesota when it was purchase din Florida.. Canceling was a nightmare! STAY AWAY!

Buyer beware, if you try to add any type of additional coverage with multi vehicle or suspend any coverage they will hit you double for everything. They have been awful at returning calls and the number on this site seems to be disconnected. I will be switching policies and agencies as soon as possible.
