I am not impressed with this agent. We were transferred to Mei-Ling Woo when our previous agent retired, so this is not someone we chose. But, insurance is insurance, right? Not if you need someone to help you. I have called this office 3 times in the last three weeks and left a detailed message about my need. I have received 2 calls back with a message like this:, "we saw that you called and are getting back to you." No reference to my message or what I asked to have help with (which is regarding my home, related to the recent storms). Makes me wonder if they even listened to my message? And no repeat calls to try to get a hold of me. They did the minimum necessary and nothing more. I am shopping for a new agent right now.
