We were dissatisfied with our car insurance agent, we recently bought a car and our salesman suggested we try 1st Rate Ins. Co. We contacted Clint Boren, he was very professional and helpful. We ended up switching our car and home insurance policies based on the excellent service, and premium price we received from Clint. I recently had a problem with our old insurance company, Clint responded to me on his day off and took care of the problem for me. We have been very impressed with the service we have received each time we have had contact with Clint and 1 st Rate Ins. co.

"Customers in mind" no not at all I had cancelled my policy on 5/13 and on 5/27 realized I was still getting payment taken form my checking account. This has far been the WORST service I have ever received form any company and hope that you try to find someone else to manage your insurance or just go directly to the company you would be using all they are is a middle man that is unnecessary and will try and interfere where ever they can to make your life a complete inconvenience with anything you are trying to do.

I bought my first car today and had to get insurance. The car Salesman referred First Rate. Initially we called Farmers and requested a quote. I though the quote was too high for my budget. Then we called First Rate, the person that helped me was nice, helpful, and fast. He asked me the quote amount Farmers gave me, then he found me a quote that was a lot cheaper.
