We highly recommend the Secord Agency and have been happy customers since 2009. Someone from the team always answers the phone and has extensive knowledge about both our account and options for us. Shane is easy to reach and makes himself available for questions, and helps us manage risk as our household needs change (adding a teen driver, for example!). We have a lot of complicated insurance requirements and Shane handles them all, and he keeps an eye out for additional ways for us to save money while preserving appropriate coverage for our homes, cars, and personal umbrella. Our son recently moved to Texas and although Shane does not write policies there, Shane went the extra mile and coordinated a Safeco Gold policy to cover the Texas cars and property, so that our past loyalty is still rewarded (saving a ton of money in the process). Thanks, Shane!

These guys are greater than great! They lowered our insurance bill considerably. I think I will never shop for insurances again without getting the quotes from Secord. We worked with Daniel to get new auto and home insurance and we truly appreciate his EXCELLENT service. Shane and his team have truly been amazing. I was with pemco and felt like I was getting a fair deal but decided to shop around. Man was that a good decision. Not only did Shane handle everything and I was done within one day but I also saved $500 a year, got better coverage and free windshield replacement.
