I recently moved to Seattle and am getting off my family insurance plan for the first time. Having no idea what I was doing, and having already dealt with filling out general online forms and being essentially harassed by phone calls and spam e-mail, I was elated to find Karrie. She got back to me quickly and kindly, even during the snow storm! She set a Saturday meeting with me, which was the only day that worked with my work schedule; even let my dog come with me. Karrie went through my policy line by line and made sure I understood everything as well as offering great advice on future retirement plans. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but particularly first time insurance shoppers.

I recently just moved to Seattle and needed to update my auto insurance information. I found Karrie and her staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Not only was Karrie able to update my information but she took the time to explain everything on my insurance policy and actually saved me money!
