Woow is the second time I get a car service aseguransa. But the first time I leave completely satisfied by the type of service and quality that I get. I can not compare or fences with my previous insurer. I attended a saleswoman named Janet very nice person, I hope after working hours and the treatment received was spectacular. She drew me a good package from my point of view was a very good package price - quality ... Anyone who nesecito one aseguransa should happen to this state farm agency at the end after all spend a pleasant ... Aaa time and leave with a good insurance.

I recommend state farm to all, I am very happy with them for their, insurance coverage really have plans which offer you a number of unique benefits at the lowest price in the market, I never thought to pay so little for so many benefits. All the team members are amazing at chris jones. Fernando is my #1 guy always willing to take time yo explain in detail about my coverage or questions i have. Not once have i ever felt like i was a borden on them for asking abquestion. Pros: friendly, fast service, caring, and understanding. Cons: havent found one On a personal note to show how caring they are i was involved in an accendt just a fender bender. The first thing out of fernandos mouth was if my kids and wife were ok. They werent with me but that should show the level of care and true personal service you get with these guys. Not to mention great rates

Chris and his staff were very polite, kind and courteous. I used to be with American Family and had no idea of what my coverages meant. Chris was very good about educating me on my coverages and quick on answering my what if questions. He recommended that I come in to meet. I qualified for more discounts than I planned for. Okay so here is the deal, I went to interview for a near by hospital and thinking of relocating to this area looking for insurance and stumbled across this place – bottom line AWESOME place with friendly people. PROS - friendly people – they work & get things done also know how to make the work environment fun. - lots of parking - even though I only speak English, this place has multi languages available. - open on Sunday - near by food CONS - (don’t know if this is necessary)

I was recently involved in my first car accident, so naturally I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I know all of the basic stuff, get the insurance, the license plate, etc. but after that I was clueless. So I called up this state farm and they talked me through the whole thing and everything that I needed to do. Chris even helped me find a place to repair the damages on my car! This is the most snake business I have ever dealt with. For 4 months I tried to get them to change my car insurance to full coverage and for 4 months they were to incompetent to do so. My bank then charged me 1075$ to cover the insurance they were supposed to give. When I tried work this out the snake chris jones lied stright to my face and told me It was trying to get full coverage for another car. Try Grange, much cheaper rate with way better coverage.

WE SOLD OUR CARS MOVED ACROSS THE COUNTRY HAD OUR POLICIES ON HOLD FOR ALMOST A YEAR. When I had to visit state farm to discuss my insurance policy, I expected to have to deal with long hours of arguing with the employee like I had to with my previous insurance company. I was pleasantly surprised, however, when I was serviced by very friendly and helpful employees such as Claudia Wagener, who made the entire process seem effortless. I will visit this branch again and again, whenever I need help with my insurance.

I live all the way in Issaquah and the drive is well worth it for what im getting in return. All of the staff were friendly and willing to go out of the way to make sure I was happy. What amazed me was how easy it was to file a claim when my son got into a fender bender in the school parking lot. They sorted everything out and were more then happy to go out of the way for me.

I was paying an despairingingly massive amount of money to Geico, which raised even higher once I moved to Washington. I called State Farm, and a bunch of other agencies, and by far the best service I got was from State farm. My rep, Christian, was super friendly, connected, and candid.
