I was ayi outside from 5 in the morning in linia with cold at all! They charged me in advance consultation with a Chinese talk or say anything !. All the information and sap told me he did not want to grab my case I wanted to stick a pardon ami husband and gave me a number for a lawyer. Ayi I was thinking that nothing could help me and I know that there are many lawyers out here but charge a lot so I was thinking I could ayi help but was waste of time.

This place made me feel like dirt. The Japanese man with thick dark glasses had no info for me on my waiver question and gave me a paper on info about buying a home. (i am not buying a home!) I was so shocked that I did not get any information on my situation that i came back the next day to ask for my money back or some kind of help...here come the same man again oh by the way i have hard of hearing and this is when the man decides to speak up and show me the info in English..Call this number and pay $20 more and you may get some help that is all i got. and then a kick to the curb. now go die! Not very nice

**STAY AWAY** I had an appointment for immigration case at 1:30pm. Showed up at 1:00 Pm they took my money then waited until 2:00 PM to tell me that they could not see me. (I found out later is because they were throwing a party.) I received 2 notifications that day (email/text) not to forget my appointment. Then they tell me to come in the next day..reluctantly I showed up and actually waited 5 hours to get to speak to someone. This place is extremely unorganized. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Its really great that they help out individuals in their time of need; however, the staff could be a little nicer. I was trying to help a friend out by gathering information on agencies that would help her financially and the lady did not want to answer any of my questions and kept accusing me of being with some organization.

I adopted 3 children through Catholic Charities and had no problems at all. I read all the books and was very aware of what to expect from foster children. i highly recommend them. The lady I worked with helped me fore and after both adoptions.
