If you are looking for a Mortgage Broker that actually cares about you and your family, Crefco Financial Group is who you want to speak to. They will treat you as an individual not just a number. I have purchased multiple homes in my past and I must say that this was by far the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. When some brokers would just say "no" Samir and his team took the time and advised me on what steps I needed to take to qualify. From beginning to end I always knew what to expect next and was never in the dark about my mortgage process. The line of communication from the team here was definitely an example of 100% customer satisfaction. If you are interested in the American dream of home ownership and not sure if you qualify give them a call. Not only would I use them for any future purchases, but I would highly recommend them to any friends or family members that are interested in owning their own home!

Samir Rashid, set us up with a local realtor Danielle Chapman whom both guided, helped, and walked with us through the entire ordeal, which was not easy being a OTR truck driver. what an awesome experience! Buying a home for the first time seemed so out of reach, stressful, and scary. with simply submitting an email to CREFCO just to "see", Samir (the president) called me same day, asked a few questions, and next thing i know we hit the ground running.
