Posted on Yelp Dec 17 I have been getting solicitations by mail though the US postal Service regarding refinancing of my home for several years. I finally decided to respond to them. The contact that I had with some of the solicitors left me wondering if I really wanted to refinance my home. I contacted Sarah Howell at Griffin Funding and it was like a breath of fresh air. Sarah was instrumental in getting me set up in the refinance process. She put to rest my concerns about refinancing and introduced me to Sara Demarest who held my hand (electronically) through the process. With the help of Sarah and Sara, along with the backing of William Lyons (CEO) the refinance went very well. My girlfriend and I used Griffin Funding to purchase our house in the summer of 2017 and our experience was nothing short of spectacular! The whole team at Griffin worked very hard to push the buying process along and were always on top of every detail. Our main points of contact through the process were Colby and Sarah who did an outstanding job explaining the process to us newbies, helped us determine affordability and got us a killer rate on our loan! What made Griffin Funding really stand out for us was the relation they have with our realtor. We used Lyons Realty which is located in the same building as Griffin which made the process very easy as well as quick and efficient. Overall, I would recommend Griffin Funding to anyone looking for a mortgage broker, and especially so to those using Lyons Realty for their purchase!

William Lyons got us an excellent loan with a bank that has been great. He got it done where my friend and local mortgage banker could not. On a lark, and out of frustration with my former banker, I entered my contact info into a random pop-up ad, and Mr. Lyons called me minutes later! We got a very low rate and it was all done over the phone! Since we live hundreds of miles away, I did a very thorough check on Mr. Lyons and his team and was confident enough in what I found to move forward. I even found an excellent review from the former Pastor of Finance from our church who now lives in the San Diego area! Everything went very smoothly and the communication throughout the entire process was all I could have asked for. I would definitely use Griffin Funding in the future.

Great company...wonderful staff...great customer service ! We refinanced our home through Griffin Funding....we got a great interest rate, the agent and account manager walked us through every step. The whole process was handled online and through emails & phone calls, we never had to leave home for any part of this process....they even sent the Notary to our house to sign the final papers.....The whole process took roughly a month....very quick ! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance or buy a home. I also like the fact that they are such staunch supporters of our military always a plus in my book !

My appreciation to the Management Team and in particular to Miss Ali Cruzan who directly oversaw the smooth and expeditious refinancing of my property. Ali demonstrated professionalism throughout the process, prompt responses, follows up questions and although I haven’t met her personally, displays and conveys an “easy to get along” demeanor which is a must in customer relations.
